Please help. The latest problem to occur on my 35k mile '97 Punto is a total lack of drive forward or reverse. When the selector lever is operated to select D all the other indicator light come on in the quadrant as the lever leaves the P position. Problen appears to be air temperture dependant. I have examined the switch and connector assembly on the transmission case as far as I could (sealed unit) and it looks OK. What could be the answer?

Hi Stephen,
we had the same problem.
We managed to fix the problem by renewing the relais for the automatic gear.
It is situated under a small black cover, fixed with a small silver screw.
