Styling Punto new bumper and wing fitting mk1 punto

hi, i had a crash and my bumper bracket bent, ive moved it back into place and all that needs doing is building back up. unfortunately my dads mate hardly ever comes round and the car has been sitting on the drive for roughly 4 weeks, any ideas or tips?? it is a mk 1 punto

bumper dead easy, wing, if the old one is already off its easy to see where it bolts on.

although I think you have to weld/bond the bit at the front, but I'm not sure
