Punto Multijet won´t run

Hi I have Fiat punto 2005 and I was changing head gasket and now after I have put everything together and start him up he won´t run. I like to ask are some bleeding problem I can be looking at or do I have to get him to computer to read out some code from the ecu because I took hear from the car when I was working in him? or is this some theft system in this car? please let me know if any one has bin in this situation be for.
