Styling Punto MK1 spoiler problem

Hello guys, i'm from Bulgaria and have been following your forum for a while. So the problem is this, recently found a spoiler with a third brake light and bought it, but the red plastic cover on the brake light is broken in two parts, i think i can glue them up, but i'm afraid that water might be leaking in. So i was wondering is there any chance that i can find one, new or second hand somewhere?

The third high-level brake light is pretty rare on the mk1, so I don't think you will find one easily. I would remove the brake light and use a two-part epoxy glue. Being quite a thick glue, this shoudl fill the cracks and make it watertight again.

Thanx for the quick reply mate. Didn't thought for two part epoxy glue, nice one. Will take 1-2 pictures in the upcoming 1-2 days so you can see it too and tell if it's worth to try and mend it. Guess i can try at car salvage places, but i doubt they'll sell me only the red cover for the brake...

If you don't mind not having the light you could pull it out and use body filler then smooth and spray!

Kind of preffer to have it, that's the reason i bought it, hard to find a spoiler with a third brake light.
