Styling Punto mk1 back box

Hey guys!

I was looking to put a back box on my mk1, but wasn't sure on what size. It is between a 3'' or 4''... i'm guessing a 4'' will be louder, depending on the company or make that is, but i think a 3'' might look too small. What you guys recommend?

What engine do you have? If it's not a turbo, forget even 3", nevermind 4". N/A engines need a degree of backpressure to perform optimally. Exhausts such as 'Supersprint' take into account this fact. A 3" or greater tailpipe will lead to poor backpressure, poor running, poor power and poor economy.

It's a 1.2 lol! not quite a turbo there. Hmm well i did think putting a 4'' would just be plain dull, might just stick with a 3''. Will there be any massive difference in look or sound between the two sizes? (obviously one is bigger LOL!!) would a 4'' require cutting of the rear bumper?
