Technical Punto MK1 75 gearbox noise

I have a problem that started 1 week ago.
gearbox became very noisy, whine sound.

Clutch and oil were changed 3 months ago.
There are no crunch or rattle noises, and all the gears are smooth. no problem to change gears.
only whine sounds in all the gears.

When the gearbox oil is getting hot, the noises are not too loud.
in neutral there are no noises at all. and when the clutch is press there is no noise either.

can it be the main gearbox shaft that is worn or a bearing?
how many bearings are in that gearbox?

Really can't tell much from the video.

Check oil level, grade, etc.

Does it howl when you lift off (a bit like a Stuka on a bombing run)?

oil level is ok.
changed 3 months ago with the clutch (BG 75W90).
