you could buy this, when you go pick it up, look around it all, if you think its rubbish, and you dont want it, say why hasn't it got 6,100 miles like it says in the description, and you only bought it because of this, and its got 61,000 (i presume) good way of saying i dont want it if you turn up and its totaly crap.

well to some people its not, and to some it is, eg-

if you needed-

an engine
steering wheel
back bumper
all back windows
an interior
and the wheels, then it would be worth it, but as i said, if when you got there and saw it and thought this for £100!! its worse than the photos, then do as i said but there are actually about 5 or so puntos on ebay at the moment all around the £100 mark, if you bought all of them you could make a few good ones from them and make money without spending much, and then with left overs, selling as parts.
