I picked it up today what can I say...I am LOVING this car, can not believe how powerful it feels, handles really well better than all my previous cars and looks nice.The only prob is very stiff gear box... is this a common problem?

if it has been sitting a while the gearbox may just need to loosen up a bit.

looks nice, get used to the car before getting a remap then you'll see how much of a difference it makes without using more fuel

yup, mines the same, stiff left to right trhu neutral, ok to move front to back (i.e 1st to 2nd), its the gear linkages ontop of the gearbox, try spray almost awhole can of WD40 over them. you can find them below the battery tray, coat them liberaly and it improves it quite a bit but if you want it back to the way it was when new, you need to replace them, ive not got round to that yet, im sure i will soon because its starting to annoy me....
