Technical Punto Head Gasket

Hi all
I'm new and found your site because of a headgasket that went after 180000 km on uno fire (1100)
Thanx for the info Dave posted about the torque sequence.
Can someone help and tell what the torque sequence/ stages etc. for 1100 '89 models are?

They are the same for both 8 valve engines.
