punto gt turbo problems

hi alllll

got a punto gt turbo that i use to drive around 4 month ago but put it in the garage after buying a peugeot 205 dimma turbo

the last day i was driving it i gave it a good thrashing and blown a pipe
boost would rise up slightly then drop back dwn also car kept cutting out aswel

had a look at it on friday and found the pipe on the right hand side of the inlet that lead to a box under the battery was blown apart(i am no machanic lmao) is this this the cause of both probz and were can i get this pipe from

any help would be great as i want to get her back on the road

Hi mate,

Its hard to tell exactly which pipe your talking about without pictures, but Im guessing its one of the smaller pipes to the boost solenoid. IF this is the case, then yes that could be the cause of your problems.

Also if its the pipe Im assuming it is, then any silicone boost pipe can be used to replace that section, as long as its the same diameter etc.
