Punto Evo Sub Change

Hey Guys,

After a long time spent looking for info on the Fiat upgraded audio package in my Punto Evo I've given in and hope you are able to help.

My Sub (the original) has blown and sounds like crap. I used to be a bit of an audiophile and have a full JL Setup lying in my garage but due to being far too much bother for a car I think i'll only be having for 6months longer, I just want to buy a sub to swap with the original.

Am I correct in assuming the sub is 8"? it doesn't look like you could fit anything larger in there??

Also does anyone know the dimensions of the housing and know how to get to the sub without breaking everything in a Rage!?

I'm shopping for one of those active underseat subs. That might be a painless easy option! If you get the right one, the sound real good too!

kinda but then you still need to wire in RCAs etc. I have good equip (JL W6, 300/4 500/1 & ZR650S) but on this car id rather just swap the sub already wired through the headunit.

thanks for the idea though. What ones you buying?
