I assume you mean can you add a cd changer to the tape deck currently in the car? The answer lies here:

You can replace the factory headunit with an aftermarket version with a facia adaptor to take up the gap and possibly a wiring harness to wire it in.

No need for a harness adaptor (iso leads) you'll need a facia which is £13.95 from halfrauds or £5 on ebaybeau_4076 said:why? do it your self! lol
Buy the fascia adaptor, and it should plug in, be surprised if its not standard iso connection.
you'll also need a set of audio keys that you prod in the holes either side of the place where the tape goes in. they are about £4

then it's just a case of pulling out the old one unplugging one lead plugging in the new one and shoving it all back in the hole...

i was going to put that, i've heard one of those large paperclips works aswell, but i've never used them
