Ever since my wife had the roof of her Punto replaced a couple of years ago, we have had a small leak from the front nearside corner of the roof, where it meets the top of the windscreen pillar. I have adjusted the window to ensure a good fit and the roof rubbers appear to be in good condition. The leak is nothing more than a gentle drip, but it is annoying as it drips onto the passenger seat.

Is this a common problem and is there a simple solution, or am I going to have to replace the roof/pillar rubbers? Any advice gratefully received.

Chris.

If you give me a few days to get round to changing the roof on my cabrio (im putting it off til it hits at least one degree out there  ), then I might be able to help you (y)

Although it might be you helping me on this one ;) (y) :)

As dave said there are not many Cab owners, so stick around.

Have you tried a silicone or similar on the rubbers to soften and help it form a seal, my sunroof was leaking on my green car and it sorted it out and is still ok 4 years on :)
