Why are you upgrading the rear speakers but not the fronts?

I have got 6.5 fusion speaker for the front that are the original wires however i was going to be installing them last weekend but crashed the car and am getting it back this weekend

Also if i buy the pioneer products will i need a pioneer amp

Your doing it the wrong way round, amp up the fronts which will happily take a 60W RMS amp, maybe more but your better going for good quality amp rather than bigger wattage at that sort of level.
You can put the pioneers in the rear if you really really want but just run them off the HU.
Which Fusion speakers you got have you checked that they fit in the Punto's tiny mounting depth.

If i were you i would go for a single decent 12" sub 2 is just pointless right now especially considering the size of the enclosure that would be ideal. The prefab ones arent all that. You will get a better sound out of 1 sub in the correct enclosure rather than 2 in an enclosure that chokes the sub's.
I would be looking at something like.

Wired to 4 ohm
