Technical Punto 60 head

Is it possible to fit an early punto 60 with 866 cam head onto a 998 fire engine,
Yes i know it would be easier fit the whole engine, and i'll need an electric pump for carb.

You'll see that the original 999cc Uno inlet manifold doesn't fit properly. As such you'll need to use the Punto 60 head and inlet manifold as well as throttle body. This will require a fair bit of wiring work like ECU etc. But it can be done and as long as it is a FIRE engine the top and bottom engine parts will work together.

Cheers mine is older type small port carb 998 engine, and earlier single point mk1 punto 60 head so manifold shouldn't be a problem, was more worried about valve clearence on the smaller bore
