Technical Punto 1.2 Active fuel pump, relay switch

Hello my Punto W reg will not start, the fuel pump and injector relay switch are making a loud clicking noise when the ignition is turned on. I have check if the fuel pump is pumping petrol and it is. Also the key code light will not go out as I try to start the car. Prior to this the car would often rev high when at a junction, I would turn engine off then back on ten it would tick over normal again. Any help appreciated.

If the key code light isn't going off then it's an immobiliser problem
