Programming new Blue key???

Hi, ive got a new blue key for my sisters 97 R bravo 1.4, which has been cut and needs to be programmed, i have the red key, PDH fiat told my dad to programme the new key by inserting the red key for so long in the ignition then the new blue key, but this hasnt worked, any idea on a step by step process to do it appreciated,

I think it's in your Fiat Manual?

if you already have a blue key, timpsons can copy the code off the original one over the new one. so your car will think they are both exactly the same key. only charge a few bob i suspect, as its a 60 sec job for them
