My Bravo's engine head just passed away!
It's a TD 75 with 115,000 Km's (aprox. 70,000 Milles)and when I talk with the official dealer's mechanic he tahat it's the 4 Bravo tha he repairs with that problem (all the other were TD100, but broke erlier!). Here in Portugal everyone says that it's a normal problem with Diesel Bravos and Mareas, can everyone help me?

Well, I've at 125.000 km the highpressure fuelpump defective (leakage) of a 100td Marea. The dealer (or a Lucas specialist) repaired it, no problems anymore.
What problem do you have with the motor?

Td's

Well, I don't know how to say this in english, but i'll try!

The engine head, that's the part that cover the valves and the cam,had a tinny crack on a refrigiration hole. The result is that the radiator's fluid "flows" away and the engine overheats.

Unfortunatly, here in Portugal (Were exist a lot of TD100's Bravo)thats a common Problem, The man that is repairing my car had already repaired 3 Td 100 (with 20,000 Kms; 30,000 Kms and 50,000 Km's)and knows others, in my work, exists another guy with a 1997 TD100 (my is a 1998 TD 75) that had the same problem with 40,000 Km's. I'm without car from 4 weeks now, and I'm thinking in selling it when it cames...

Well, I understand your problem, but with the head I never had a problem. Maybe the motor has overheated and then a crack appear in the head??
