my engine noise turned out to be a valve hitting the piston/block due to worn valve guide, rather than lifters. The initial noise is too loud for bad lifters IMO. Have you checked for exhaust rattles etc?
I'd check taughtness of belts (aux and cambelt).
I'd check compression, and if a problem you could maybe get a leakdown test done.
Have you lost power? Does one cylinder respond less to unplugging the coilpack ?

Aux and cambelts are brand new. ( Noise was the same before replace)
Compression is 14,1 bar in each cylinder. Power is okay.

I was able to manage to get parts from a reconditioned engine. I have good shape camshaft housing with hidrolifters. I will update on this when i replaced it.

What do u mean by " Does one cylinder respond less to unplugging the coilpack ?"

Please advise

Thanks

say one cylinder is only giving 50% output, this means engine is running on 3.5 cylinders. If you unplug the coil-pack connector to each in turn you'll get the engine running on 2.5 cylinders, 2.5 cylinders, 2.5 cylinders and 3 cylinders.

The one where you get a drop from 3.5 to 3 cylinders is the cylinder that isn't performing properly.

Your issue may not be visible with this test, but it is an easy, free test that could help.

vertical scoring on the cylinder looks suspect, and maybe the oil/carbon on that port.

What issues did you find? Any source of the noise you had?

Can tell more early next week.

Oil consuption happened because 8 of 16 valve stem seing was “misplaced”

Cylinder has 0.02mm wear on that side where honeing is worn off.

Chamshaft and hidrolifters are perfect.

Will get new pistons, honing, new valve stem sealings, bearings etc.
