Hi, everyone. Who can tell me? Here's the problem... The minus terminal on the battery was badly clamped. Because of this, when starting the engine there were clicks and on the speedometer the arrow now shows 30 kilometres.

It's damaged. Replace it (used one from eBay etc.). The speedo mechanism, not whole cluster (it will change your odometer).
