You`ve got to remember that the first thing to go into a car when they build it is the wiring loom!!!

There is nowt about where to adjust them, just that you must not point them as to dazzle other road users.

Basically if its not pointing up or towards the centre of the road its an MOT pass.

As I said the 1.5deg down is to stop them pointing up when you have a big load in the car.. most drivers have no clue what the adjuster on the dash does.

How many cars do you see where the headlights are lighting up the road about 3ft infront of the car?

holy **** SchumaniaC you must have the worst luck with a bravo ever, lol

seems like every post where someone says "my .... has just screwed up" there you are saying "yeah this happened to me" i feel so sorry for you, is your bravo ever out of the garage, lol

how much you think you have speant on repairs on it since you have had it ? just out of curiosity

I know how he feels, my Brava 1.4SX has been a disaster, the problem is I can't afford to replace it, but it's cost me some scary money over the last 18 months, here goes: -

Driveshaft boot perished, leaked fluid, driveshaft broke, repaired under second hand car warranty.

Front wipers stopped working, linkage stuffed, new motor and linkage and fitting £160, not covered by warranty. The Fiat garage managed to crack the windscreen while doing this, so they replaced that.

New camshaft, as the old one got shagged due to dodgy oil, plus new timing belt, plugs, plug leads and fanbelt £240

Driveshaft boot clip came adrift, just managed to avoid another broken driveshaft £20

New clutch and fitting £140

New front disks, pads, rear shoes and fitting £100

Various replacement bulbs, as they keep blowing
