Technical Problem with changing Km to Miles

I have just bought a 2024 600e and already have a 2022 500e.

No problem with any data on the 500e which seems more modern than 600e. Stuck in kilometres with no obvious way to change km to miles on 600e. No unit change display in settings. Any advice?

KMH to MPH | FIAT 600e / New 600

Just picked my new 600 Hybrid La Prima and the dash is now showing KMH and not MPH. I've looked everywhere, any idea n how to change it back to MPH??
