Hello. I have a strange problem and I couldn't find the culprit, neither I nor the service people.
While the engine is cold, everything is fine. The problem manifests itself when warming up, let's say, after 10 minutes or less, of driving.
Changing gears becomes harder and harder, until the shifter locks up completely and becomes impossible to shift in or out of gear.
With the engine stopped, I can change the gears again, just, if trying to re-start the engine with the shifter in first gear, the car moves just as if the clutch pedal was not pressed at all.
So, we have changed the clutch kit, the clutch pump plus the piston. I don't know what else I could change. I have even sent the gearbox to a specialized company to be serviced. Next, I will try changing the steering cables, even though I'm not sure that will be a solution. To me, it doesn't seem the cables have anything to do with my problem.
I'm at a dead end, any help is welcome.

Wow, that sounds frustrating! Since you’ve already replaced the clutch, master cylinder, and had the gearbox serviced, it does sound tricky.
A few things to double-check:
  • Linkage or shift cables — even if it doesn’t seem related, heat can cause metal to expand or bushings to bind.
  • Hydraulic fluid condition/air in the system — sometimes small air bubbles cause issues when warm.
  • Gearbox mounts or engine mounts — if they shift slightly when hot, it can make gear engagement tricky.
Might be worth revisiting those areas before replacing more parts. Hopefully someone here has seen something similar!

Did you change clutch master cylinder and clutch slave cylinder ?
Have you checked pipes for leaks?
Clutch release bearing?
Clutch fork?
Clutch fork bushes?
Flywheel pilot bearing?

Thanks for your time answering me. Master and slave cylinders - that's what I was referring to when mentioning pump and piston (not sure of their English names :) )
Your other points - nothing to do but to ask about these at the service. I'm a cook, not a mechanic :(
I've been getting my cars serviced at the same service shop for 15 years now. Asking myself if it's not the time to find an other service...
