Price of a full service?

Next month im going to take my car into my local Fiat garage for a full service. I want oil changed and filter, fuel filter, check pads, new spark plugs, my exhaust clunks like mad would they sort it out if i asked? erm and waht ever else they do in a service. Really a massive one, are the timingbelts exspensive?
Im just wondering what sort of prive would i be looking at for all this?
My car is a 1.2 8v 5door punto is that makes a difference?
Ive got very noisey piston slap when my cars cold until warm would the service sort that out?
