Predicament advice plz

My car was parked outside the back of my flat in a parking space behind the shop below my flat. (The owner own both the house and flat)> We have 1 designated parking space for our flat which my car wasn't parked in as the designated space was taken therefore if was parked next to it.

When i just went out to my car it have moved 10m down the road and the arial was missing and hand prints all over it where they had bumped it there.

where do i stand on this as surely wouldn't that be criminal damage?

Sorry for the long post but this has got me very pissed off.

Thing is though it would be a civil matter as it was done on private land so to speak.

The awkward thing is that he owns my flat, not sure what sort of damage would have been done by bumping it though as it looks like they lifted by the arches etc.

Plus my damn arial is gone!

cut their hands off, theirs just no need! They could have asked you to move it as you were obviously in.

If you think it's the landlord that did it you could refuse to pay a certain amount of rent. Not sure if that will get you in more trouble then it's worth though.

Kick all his car panels in then pinch his arial, then poor brake fluid on his paint and fill his exhaust with expanding foam, Then undo all the nuts on one of his wheels.

It was definately the landlord as i spoke to the manager down stairs and she said that he moved it.

Problem being there was alot of them as they were off to the pompey game which is over the road.

Other thing is i was parked next to my designated parking space ot in it. so not sure how that changes things. But yeah they cold of at least knocked on my door and asked me to move it.

the managere said that they didn't know it was my car which is bs because we gave them a list of our cars when we moved in and everyone round here knows it's my car from when the wall fell on it.

So question is where can i get a new arial from?

I'm temped to sit out there at the end of the pompey game waiting for them to return not sure what i can do though as ill be out numbered 10 to one lol

Have just logged it with the police so we'll see what happens.

I've checked the arches seem ok apart from one front ns the plastic bit that i assume stops mud drom getting into the engine bay has come down, i tried putting it back up and it just falls back down again when you drive the car.

Plus the steering don't feel quite right could anything have happned to that?

Yeah doesnt matter if its on private land or not, I mean if some guy walked into your flat and punched you, youd do something rite even tho its private land? Go to a tyre place and have your steering looked at. Thats what Id do

Yeah is a good idea, I just popped down the shops and lets just say if i let go of the steering wheel i can nearly turn left without touching it

Check the pressure in the L/H front tyre! They might have let it down........

Report it to the police then get your car checked.
Any cost to put it right give the bill to the **** that moved your car.
Then wait a couple of months and pour sugar into his tank (a 2lb bag should do it)
If thats not possible then brake fluid over every panel on his car.

But yeah i've reported it to the police now and they have taken finger prints etc.

I spoke to my estate agents today and they contacted the landlord and his reply was

"didn't know it was your car and all 8 of them lifted it carefully and they didn't cause any damage"

BS if you ask me

Are everybody's wheelarches flush with their doors?

Just that after these 8 blokes lifted my car by the arches i've noticed they appear to be out about by about 4-5mm
