hi ,can anyone help my drivers window ducato 2005 2.8jtd will not go up or down I have replaced regulator and installed new switch, still nothing I have checked all fuses and they are fine all I get is a click which sounds if it is coming from the glovebox please help

Theres a control box there called M135 you have to remove the glovebox / lower dash panel to access it.

Windows motors outputs are:
pin 1 (violet/black) & pin 3 ( violet/white)
pin 8 (white/red) & pin 9 (violet/yellow)

Check continuity between those pins and the door motors. If no continuity follow the wire back from the door bellows there are intermediary connectors over the wheel arch.

Hi. I was having exactly the same problem but after your great info l now have a working window. The connector plug was at fault above the wheel arch. Can't thank you enough.
