Technical Power steering

Ive noticed my power steering slowly getting stiffer the last couple of days on my sei, i dont think the battery charge is that good as ive noticed my wipers slowing too could a low bat charge effect my power steering ?

Any sugestions

The car had been standing when i brought it two weeks ago so the bat could probaly do with a good chrge

The power steering is electric, so poor performance could be related to an iffy charging system.

What voltage do you have with the engine running?
