General Power Steering?

I may be a lil stupid, but do the seicento's have power steering, me and my bro aren't sure. I was always convinced they did after all the research I've done on them, but the steering is a little bit heavy for what it is so I'm confused.

Some Sei's have electric powersteering.
I'm not sure if it was just an option on all, or std on some.

When you turn the key, does an ornage steering wheel light up?

In the passenger footwell, do you have a metal box hiding behind the carpet with wires coming out of it?

Behind the battery, do you have a fuse with a steering wheel printed on the top?

If you turn the wheel really quick, do you hear the motoer spinning, or forcing it and holding it on full lock when stationary, can you feel and hear it working?

what year is your car

1998 - option

some of 1999 - option

rest of 1999 - 2004 - standard

Include some old stock later registered models that may be exception to the rule

check your tyres arent under inflated as a reason for it feeling heavy.
