Technical Power Cut-off and start button

I bought a cut-off and start button panel thing from ebay (pic attached). I'm planning on moving the battery to the rear when i fit it as well. I was just wondering if they're are any issues i should know about?

I was thinking i could just have the switch breaking the positive cable. Is that right? And attach the 0v somewhere in the back. Is there anything else i'm not seeing here?

Does the cut off switch have alternator saving connections on the back?

If not, don't use.
