can somone tell me how i charge it, i herd its suposed to have a wire with it but it dont so if any1 knows how to get it working please can you tell me.

As long as the +,ve as close as possible no problem with earth.

They should supply a resistor or a charging board with the cap. if you wire it in without charging it, expect lots of sparks.
The power cap should be no further than 14inches from the amp.

PS also would not want to work a fully charged capacitor that would give YOU sparks
