Post Office Car (or Home) Insurance £50 cashback code

Just got 50quid paid so thought i'd share what i found from another site.

My local po was doing a big financial promotion on their car and home insurance.

To get the 50pound cashback, call the sales line and say 'in-branch.' The branch code is 162427X which is what gives you the 50 pounds.

If you're doing it on the internet, enter the code in the box which says 'If you have a leaflet, please enter the branch code found on the back '

To get a further £25, go through quidco. Not over the phone obviously!

Offer ends 31st march 2009

This offer was apparently extended to the end of 2009. As far as I remember it has been offered since the po started doing car insurance.
