Okay so most of you know I applied for the specials a while ago and had my interview last wednesday. Well I have the news that I have been accepted and will be updated as to when I start etc.
My plan is coming together slowly but surely.....

Can I just ask why you are going for the Specials rather than the real Force?

I cant understand why you would volunteer to be treated like police personnel do...and not be paid for the honour! :?

Thanks everyone..the reason for not applying is simply because they are not recruiting at the moment for full time officers and when they do I feel I stand a much better chance if I am already part of the team.
