Can anyone give the correct plug gap size for a 2003 Palio Weekend 1.6 EL

I can't this model was never sold in the UK. Have you tried ringing your dealer / agent and asking them?

For the 8V version: 0,7mm
For the 16V version: 0,9mm.

0.6 mm. Or buy new ones.
