Hello, I need help!!
I own a 1977 fiat spider with 60k. I have owned it for 15 years and the thing runs like new, however when the motor reaches operating temperature and I turn it off it will not start until it cools. It has a new electronic ignition, coil, cap, rotor, wires, relays, vacuum hoses, starter, etc. Heres the weird part when I turn it off hot there is still spark going to the plugs and the fuel pump seems to be fine. Air+spark+gas=start?????? Please someone help me before i loose it. ps- I have been chasing this issue for 2 and a half years!!!!!

Sounds to me like fuel evaporation maybe? Heat soak can be the culprit, I'm fairly sure this issue has been discussed before, the same principle applies to all cars, just the location of the bits varies. Maybe try some exhaust / manifold wrapping?
