Hello ladies and gents,

Could someone help me with a suggestion please ? Its a fiat doblo 2018 , 1.4 t jet . Sometimes I get misfires and also I get very weird cold starts ( shaking for the first 5 , 6 seconds, the engine wants to stall) . Many thanks.

Usually in all FIAT docs FIAT and FIAT Professionnal are treated as different brands. That might be the cause.

Another one might be that you're using eLearn which was published before you van was produced. In s such case read the contents of the following thread first, you'll get answers to questions that we all had at some point

Sorry to bother you again but I need some help. When I try to access e-learn for my fiat make( 263-Doblo) , it asks me for an user name and password. How did you manage to get the infos which you posted below ? I will attach some screen shots . Many thanks

It seems you're using another data source, the older aftersales.fiat.com, not the newer from the thread I linked earlier. The problem is the newer one does not work anymore What I pasted before comes from the newer one.

If you pare back the link right back to the root URL, you find the site is still there, but they've changed the main log in page (as far as I can see at least )
and renamed the access to something I've not seen before (https://sts-obsdev.fiat.com )in my small number of access sessions

That's the third one. On another environment (dev). Someone complained in the beginning of this year it's no longer working, there a thread here. And yes, it also started to ask for login credentials.

Finally someone in Stellantis realized that it has been open for public And closed the access. Frankly saying I was affraid it could happen at the end of August... The French and Italians are comming back from holidays.
