Just had the steering column replaced on my 500TA due to clicky noise when turning the steering wheel. I though it was the clock spring but dealer diagnosed faulty torque sensor.
I have to say the the team at Platts in Stafford are exceptional. I have had work done there a few times now and they really do a good job. My friend also takes his Alfa Mito there and he has had good experiences with them too.
It's great to find a dealer who will take the time to listen and do not just dismiss everything with 'they all do that' or 'let it develop'
Well done Platts!
