General Plastic trim

Need advice on how to remove the Plastic trim to gain access to the Wiper motor arms. I have removed the Wiper Arms, just need to know if the plastic trim levers off upwards, or is it pulled off in direction towards the engine. Thanks.

The little black fixings with a slot on the top were originally quarter turn, but tend to jump out and disappear as you 7undo them.

Quarter turn, I think either direction, unless replaced by wrong parts.
