Picture Border Program?

Hey guys.

I'm wondering if its possible to download a program that automatically applies a border to the outside of the picture. For example you select which photos you want and it will edit the border on and overwrite the image?

Not quite what you want i dont think, its online, loads of similiar ones but can add a border, if thats just what you want?
