Its not illeagal to download the PS file from file sharing networks, it only becomes illeagal when you install and use it so don't get doing that. Tis naughty :nono:

in some cases it can be illegal to download it due to also buying the files on the CD.

though u can get the 30 day free trial from the adobe website
