Bought some alloys from a breaking punto, they had a bit of curb damage, had them restored and powder coated gloss white, will be putting them on the car tomorrow providing it stays dry, but heres a sneak peak...

Remember to scrape the powder coat off where the bolts make contact with the wheel

As I understand the powder coat can break up under wheel bolts and break free meaning your bolts arent technically on tight no more and wheel goes weeeee while you go shhiiiittteeee!!

Hi I'm new to this punto forum as I've only just joined,I have a punto 1.2 8v, she's clean ,but I do have a slight problem ,the car is lowered(when I bought it,adjustable coil overs ,but when I go round a corner I hear and feel a bang on right hand side,like its hard and hitting metal 2 metal ,doesn't do it on left side ,any ideas would be appreciated

spring seated correctly?

Updates on the car...

Got my new alloys on, looking great, but need a clean already (only been on 2 days)

Had my drivers side headlight restored today, looked all fogged up and yellow compared to the other side which was replaced when someone hit me last year.

Have put an exhaust trim on to smarten things up a bit

New bosch aerotwin wipers

As for the interior I replaced the gear knob and gaiter and got some new mats, on the lookout for a sporting centre console now

My wind deflectors arrived today, just waiting for the rain to stop so I can fit them.

As for whats next; id like to CC the door handles and wing mirrors and im considering getting the windows tinted and possibly having the rear lights done at the same time.

Anyone know why my handbrake light flickers on/off when I go over a bump,I just renewed rear wheel bearing n/s/r

Would it or can it be done ,if I just buy a alarm and then use the fob thing that comes with the alarm to just open doors with Central locking that way,swing as the key fob is driving mr mental!!!!
