Technical Passenger mirror glass vibrating

When I close one of the passenger doors the passenger mirror glass vibrates and makes a very 'clinky' sound, almost like its loose. Along the motorway i noticed there is a lot more vibration than in the drivers.

I guess its something simple. Maybe it needs replacing.

I've checked the forum, but how do i remove the glass? And while your here, have you any thoughts what it might be, or what to check for?

Thanks neilshep, I'll take this out to the car tomorrow.

Anyone taken the mirror off with the intention of reusing it? I mean, I read a Punto thread that said they sometimes come loose, and that a new glass is needed.

Anyone else had there's come loose?
