does anyone know where I can get the part number for Number 4 on the pic as Fiat Italy site doesn't list it so don't know where to look for it I its missing so no number to go with, cheers.

Looks like the cover that covers the VIN. There should be thousands in vehicle dismantlers by now.

that part number seems to bring up the old chassis ducato on fiat, did find one on ebay for £2 plus £0.50 postage.
