If you can navigate around Eper it may be able to identify the part you need still within Fiat Forum.
Perhaps someone on Forum with greater knowledge of later 500 Hybrids than me can advise, I am more old school?
In the old days oil seals could be ordered from their dimensions alone and didn't need to be model specific, so much for progress.
Also I would have been surprised if those seals would have failed at 18,700 miles
