Technical Parcel Shelf Dimensions

Hi all

Had a go at searching this as well as browsing through the "Similar Threads" suggestions but no joy.

My 2nd hand MK2 Punto 3DR came without a parcel shelf and looking online most breakers are asking close to £30 all in. Which i think is a bit steep, so I'm planning on making one from MDF. (Which I have in surplus amounts)

Problem being that I don't have the old shelf to use as a template (as many threads suggest). So the question is.....does anyone know where I might find a template the has all the measurements/curves etc. Either to print out or use as reference.

Until someone comes up with a better idea (like the ICE mad boot-builders) why not make a paper template up, then once you have it correct transfer to MDF?

Alternatively drive to a "proper" scrappies & draw around a parcel shelf in a car in the yard?

That is exactly what I've ended up doing A mission and a half though but worth it in the end I suppose.
Once done I'll post it on here.

Sounds like a decent solution, but is there no breakers near you?
