General Panda windscreen washer not working

My 89 Sisley (Sid) windscreen washer has stopped working. I don't think its the stalk as the headlamp washers are still working, Ive tried the rear washer and its not working either. Ive tested the washer motors at the bottle with a 12volt battery and they are working fine...
Any ideas Guys

Yea thought about the earth, but not very good with electrics....

Fuses are all good unfortunately....

give the pump a tap with a 17ish mill spanner. the shock can sometimes free them up.

If they work off the car why would a wallop with a spanner help on the car?

ahh right.. i didnt read that bit.. oops. ahem.

on the fuse box, stick your hand behind it and try moving the wires around. if it fixes the problem spray a bit of contact cleaner over the fuse box.. i had a problem that turned out to be a fuse not sitting right.

failing that.
continuity check the wire.. but keep in mind that the cables inside the insulation could have rotted away so continuity check the place where it exits the stalk switch to the connector that connects to the motor.

if all else fails move wires. move one bit, check.. move another bit.. check.. keep doing this.. sometimes it works and you get an idea of where the fault could be.

see if you have a live coming out of the wash/wipe stalk.

without wanting to tackle the obvious, do the pumps actually operate when you pull the stalk? could be the pumps and electrics are fine and there's just a blockage (or frozen?)

could be there is a goo in the washer bottle that is blocking the pump,remove the pump,
