Oh, good thinking!
Well Sylvia has been up and running with her new engine for a few weeks now and all is well, to prove it we took her in to town at the weekend to show her off at this years Alton classic car show along with the Blue clx, our Ford Pop, and of course the Buick.............
She was much admired. I saw many people stand and read her story from the stickers on the back wings.

Ok Jim, here's your pic of the new engine...........
It wasn't just a case of fitting the engine though, so that everything harmonised we also fitted the complete wiring loom, fuel tank sender unit, instrument panel (but with your original speedo), boot floor soundproofing, exhaust heat shield, new tailpipe and middle pipe, plus renewed the rear shocks......
