Hi all ,now a owner of a Panda Super 1000 ,I never knew that a thing so small could have sooo many faults ,still not the cars fault ,just the 5 not so careful pervious owners ,still working my way though them thanks to this really useful forum, so as a thank you decided to give some info back! I see you put "cambelt failure, damage". I was of the understanding that when the belt snapped the valves didnt drop because there non interferance engines.

Was there two types of the FIRE engine? i thouhg the only engine numbers were 141 and 141A too

What specifically is up with your Panda (other than the niggles that come built in) ? By all means ask specific questions if there's something you can't find; I'm sure someone will be able to help.

All 8v FIRE engines are none interfeerance.

With different types of engines craig, perhaps they mean different sizes .8, 1.0, 1.1
