General Info and Requirements
We are traveling from the UK to Italy for the 1st International Panda 4x4 Off Road Club Italia. This event will be taking place at "Locanda Km0" Sports Village near Lucca Italy. The event is a 3 day event starting on Friday 12th June 2015 and finishing on Sunday the 14th June 2015.

The main intended route will take us from Dover to Dunkirk, though Belgium, Germany and Switzerland finally finishing in Italy. The reverse leg will be similar with some different destinations.

Here is a list of the relevant kit and documentation you will need for this journey:

Breakdown Cover (Strongly Recommended - Ensure repatriation will cover the Panda if you need to use it!!)

* if you only have an old green paper license you will need to get an International Driving Permit (IDP)

The Route & Places of Interest

Day 1 (Tuesday 9th June 2015)
We will be departing from Dover on the DFDS Seaways ferry departing at 14:00 UK time. This will take approx. 1 Hour and 30 Minutes so arrival time will be around 16:30 local time but expect to be on the road at around 17:00.

***NOTE*** PLEASE ENSURE YOU HAVE A FULL TANK BEFORE YOU BOARD THE FERRY

Once off the ferry we will be heading to our first destination of Les Vallons

Day 2 (Wednesday 10th June 2015)
Day 2 will be a long day, we will be traveling into Germany and then south through Switzerland to our destination for the night of the Ibis in Como

Day 3 (Thursday 11th June 2015)
Day 3 will be the easier of the 3 days, Lucca is only a few hours away from Como and our hotel Eurostars Toscana so this day will either be used as a snagging day or if we are up for it there is possibility of heading to Marenello to go to the Ferrari museum

Return Day 1 (Monday 15th June 2015)
We will be visiting a scrap yard in Lucca before heading back to the Ibis in Como, this trip can also be via Ferrari/Lamborghini if we want:

Return Day 2 (Tuesday 16th June 2015)
Day 2 of the return leg will see us leave Como and journey through Switzerland this time to Stuttgart home of Mercedes and Porsche, depending on time of arrival we may be able to take in either Museums, alternatively these can be done on day 3.

Return Day 3 (Wednesday 17th June 2015)
Day 3 will be a slow day, we can go to either both museums in Stuttgart or whichever one we didn’t do on the previous day. Then it’s a leisurely drive back to or first stop in Belgium.

Return Day 4 (Thursday 18th June 2015)
Today is all about getting back to Blighty, we are aiming for the 2pm ferry back from Dunkirk to Dover. Then its good bye to all and a pleasant journey home for some well needed rest!

HOURS 09.00
Meeting of all participants in the supply area of LA FUTURA SNC - DI MATTEUCCI GINO E MATTEUCCI UGO "- Via Della Madonnina, 1286 - LUCCA - (E 'station of our member" grinfia ", easily accessible from the exit of CAPANNORI )

Starting in the area "IL CIOCCO", 30 km away from the meeting place.
Upon arrival, handling formalities and assignment hotel rooms / chalets.

HOURS 12.00
LUNCH, all together at the "Locanda Km0" Sports Village.
The restaurant offers a menu focused on local specialties, with special attention to create dishes km scratch, using ingredients and cultivated in the surrounding countryside.
This allows you to enjoy the "real" flavours of Tuscan cuisine, while ensuring healthy food with fresh ingredients.
Light lunch with 3 courses (starter, main course, dessert, water, wine and coffee).

HOURS 14.00
Departure for the first leg of the tour by jeep, accompanied by rally instructors of the Mitsubishi Driving School.
Off-road path "light" in the area "CUNE"

HOURS 18.30
Return to Sport Village at the end of the tour by jeep.
We break the lines, all the cottages / rooms to freshen up and / or a nap, or free time to devote to the various leisure opportunities offered by the structure.

Typical Tuscan dinner at the "Locanda Km0" Sports Village. 4-course:
appetizer, first course, main course, dessert, water, house wine, coffee).
A follow ....... ........ various entertainment and laughter guaranteed!

International breakfast at the "Locanda Km0" Sports Village, even for those staying in the hotel.

HOURS 08.20
Meeting ALL PARTICIPANTS (including those arriving Saturday) already "ready" (tire change, etc.) in the soccer field adjacent to the "Locanda Km0" at Sport Village Ciocco and group photo.

HOURS 08.30
Departure for the second off-road excursion, a beautiful ride in the mountains of Garfagnana.
And 'it QUALIFIES EXCURSION TO THE SHRINE OF SAN PELLEGRINO IN ALPE (1726 meters above sea level!)
Along the way we'll do a short stop "technique" to relax with a drink offered by the organization.

Alternatively, you can stay at the Sport Village and enjoy the activities of contour, having lunch at the "Locanda Km0" at a cost of € 15.00 as per package chosen.

HOURS 13.30
Check in at the restaurant "Carlino", the legendary PAOLO ANDREUCCI’s restaurant (8 times Italian rally champion). with typical lunch garfagnino, cost € 20.00.
First course, main course, dessert, water, house wine, coffee.
After returning home always in off-road.

HOURS 17.30
End of off-road ride.
We break the lines, all the cottages / rooms to freshen up and / or a nap, or free time to devote to the various leisure opportunities offered by the structure.
For those interested, you can pay a visit to the nearby city of BARGA (one of the most beautiful towns in Italy) aboard our beloved Panda 4x4.

Meeting ALL PARTICIPANTS (including those arriving Sunday) already "ready" (changing tires, full fuel, etc.) in the soccer field adjacent to the "Locanda Km0" at Sport Village Ciocco and group photo.

HOURS 09.00
Departure for the legendary "Gallop" !!!
The "Gallop" is a mega-private track also used for racing prototypes at national level, in practice you climb a hill by a dirt road spiral with infinite variations of connection between the "coils", with all levels of difficulty.

Here there will be tests of skill, games and off-road routes with variations of different levels, able to meet the needs of all participants.
Following ride off-road in the vicinity, then we all come together for a drink and go to the farewell lunch.

Following lottery with gadgets Club and awards.
Then tire change, greetings, hugs and see you next year .......
