General Panda Diesel?

I would like to know if anyone has ever see a Panda 1300 diesel in UK?
I am looking at one in Rome at the moment for €900
any thoughs?

I have heard that they are slow even by Panda standards. Can't imagine they are terribly quiet either

I have the VW oiler in my SEAT van which is excellent. Apparently there was a Fiat diesel which was truly dreadfull and made a 750 seem to perform like a formula one car.
