Found these photos of the Panda Abarth.

Looks like Fiat aren't too sure whether to release it or not... what do you reckon? (y)

I think it looks great!

It would look better with the plastic body-coloured, but thats easily done!

Other than that, i like it!

With a chassis as sublime as the new Pandas is; it would be criminal of Fiat not do a PROPER Abarth version of the Panda (something with at least 130 BHP I'm thinking the Stilo's 1.8 16v here) A diesel Abarth again as long as it was 100BHP plus would also be ok.

If it was done right and marketed right not only would it go like S**t of a shovel it would also sell like S**t of a shovel.

Bring it on I say....and quickly.

Oh and I agree with Nuovapanda...Pandas without Roofbars do look odd.

hehe im looking forward to getting my panda chiptuned then ill get minimum 83hp and 185nm
i think it would get it to 0-100km/h in less than 12sek and kick some ass wile doing feks. 100km/h -> 150km/h :) ill tell you when it happens!

my friend in his tuned punto GT(turbo lack until 4000rpm) slow mode: 125hp and 190nm had to use 4gear to out acclerate me om highway :)

quite a few has now tasted the panda power... the best was a ford mondeo 2,0 that started with wild wheel spin 1-2gear sliding side to side(wet road) and i was glued to his rear because of my momentom and ESP system ;)

I reckon they should release it, and it would sell.

Although not keen on all that grey trim?! And it seems like a lot of new FIATs sit high - look at the Ulysse and Stilo Abarth; however, a set of lowering springs and sorted.

The wheels are surely too small, and I also think the roofbars look much better - distinctive at least!

hehe no i did not say that i in real life was faster .. but (read wet road) my skinny tires and ASR made all the differens.

Should be a great car - i prefere light weight cars to million horsepower heavyweight saloons. Must be a Lotus like drive.

Great!
